Each organisation curates its own profile, helping others understand who they are, what they do, where they work, and the expertise and services they bring to the sector. As a community-led resource, it will grow and evolve through your input. We facilitate updates and improvements, helping keep information current, useful and accessible for the broader ecosystem. STREAT is a leading Work Integration Social Enterprise with a decade supporting youth aged 16-24, 36% from CALD communities. STREAT offers supported work readiness and employment pathway programs for disadvantaged young people facing barriers, aged 16-24 whose primary goal is to work. Our program is individually tailored and wrap around, including case management, work-readiness training, contextualised language training/support, extensive work experience across STREAT’s businesses (cafes, kiosks, bakery, catering, farms, gardens), and transition support into a real job (on average over 1,000hrs of support across a year).

The Freedom Hub is a social enterprise dedicated to combating modern slavery through education, advocacy, and support services, raising awareness and empowering survivors. Our Survivor School offers long-term, wraparound support with free, personalised classes to aid in trauma recovery and workplace readiness. Additionally, our Peer Support Program provides activities, workshops, community-building events, and recreational sports. We fund these initiatives through our social enterprise businesses, including a café, event venue, and online retail store, which serve as community hubs for involvement and awareness. As a result, most administrative costs are covered by the business, allowing supporter donations to go directly to survivor support.
