Who we are

Established in 2016, Social Scaffolding identified a critical gap in services available to the not-for-profit sector transitioning to more commercially focused entities. Recognising the complexities these organisations face, we positioned ourselves uniquely in the market to build trusted relationships and provide hands-on support.

Our team comprises professionals with deep commercial experience, having started their own social enterprises, consulted for, or worked within large and small not-for-profit organisations. This diverse expertise allows us to deliver the proficiency of a large consulting firm at realistic market rates.

Our purpose is to identify, enable, and facilitate social impact and shared value within our communities. We assist not-for-profits in becoming more commercial, guide corporates in creating social change while generating profit, and support government entities in addressing their social agendas.
