Who we are
STEAT is a leading Work Integration Social Enterprise with a decade supporting youth aged 16-24, 36% from CALD communities. STREAT offers supported work readiness and employment pathway programs for disadvantaged young people facing barriers, aged 16-24 whose primary goal is to work. Our program is individually tailored and wrap around, including case management, work-readiness training, contextualised language training/support, extensive work experience across STREAT’s businesses (cafes, kiosks, bakery, catering, farms, gardens), and transition support into a real job (on average over 1,000hrs of support across a year).

PlatformsMoving Feast is a network of for-purpose social enterprises, individuals and group collaborators working as catalysts for a connected, fair and regenerative Victorian food system. We work with diverse actors across social enterprise, government, community, and industry, and seek to unite with networks working to similar goals for food system change. Keen to learn more? Moving FeastSTREATWISE Knowledge
OtherWe’ve undertaken nearly 100 research projects with a host of universities, students and organisations. These projects have ranged from undergrad student projects to PhDs to large, multi-year ARC-funded research projects with teams of academics. We’ve also shared our stories and learnings in talks and podcasts, a bunch of them being included here too.
