The Sydney Social Sciences and Humanities Advanced Research Centre (SSSHARC) uses innovative and collaborative approaches to problem solving within the humanities and social sciences and beyond. Example projects include Reimagining the Queer Classroom, which brings together researchers in sexuality studies to develop queer-led classroom concepts; Beyond Consent: Gender and Sexuality Norms, a collaboration with Consent Labs to create school programs aimed at preventing gendered violence by examining gender and sexuality norms; and Games Methodology for Complex Issues through the SQUIGGLE project, which uses tabletop games to foster gender inclusivity and transformative interpersonal exchange.

The Data Conversation is committed to supporting small community organisations with accessing and using data. We are doing this by sharing knowledge, developing capabilities, and advocating for the needs of the sector. We are a social enterprise based in Canberra, Australia.
The Freedom Hub
The Freedom Hub is a social enterprise dedicated to combating modern slavery through education, advocacy, and support services, raising awareness and empowering survivors. Our Survivor School offers long-term, wraparound support with free, personalised classes to aid in trauma recovery and workplace readiness. Additionally, our Peer Support Program provides activities, workshops, community-building events, and recreational sports. We fund these initiatives through our social enterprise businesses, including a café, event venue, and online retail store, which serve as community hubs for involvement and awareness. As a result, most administrative costs are covered by the business, allowing supporter donations to go directly to survivor support.
The Mill House Ventures
The Mill House Ventures is a nationally recognised social enterprise intermediary that works with businesses that seek to trade for purpose in Canberra and Region. We deliver renown accelerator and incubator business programs for local start-up social entrepreneurs as well as growth programs and business support activities to assist their sustainability when up and trading.

UNSW Founders Liverpool Entrepreneurship Programs
Designed and delivered by UNSW Founders, the LIP Entrepreneurship Program encourages more women and other underrepresented founders from CALD backgrounds to explore entrepreneurship, with a specific focus on supporting social enterprises that solve unmet needs in communities across the South-Western Sydney area.
Wilderness Collective
Founded in Mallacoota post-2019/20 Black Summer bushfires, the Wilderness Collective, led by five dedicated women, promotes economic and social rejuvenation, sustainability and community growth. Transforming tourism reliance into entrepreneurship, we established a community hub that empowers residents through co-working, skill-building, business opportunities, and intergenerational support, fostering a vibrant future for Mallacoota.
