What we do

At Equi Consultancy Partners, we embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) into the foundation of your organisation's strategy. Our approach is designed to achieve significant impact and systemic transformation.

Our services include, but are not limited to, DEIB Strategy & Planning, Policy and Frameworks, Independent Reviews, and Impact Evaluation. Additionally, we offer a DEIB business suite of self-paced, on-demand courses and learning pathways, curated by expert educators and strategists. With new courses added monthly, participants can earn LinkedIn-shareable certificates, as well as SHRM and HRCI credits as they progress.

Beyond consulting, we actively engage in public consultations with a diverse range of organisations and institutions, sharing our expertise and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion at both local and global levels.
