Future Minds Network

Who we are

Future Minds Network is an award-winning education organisation that empowers young Australians to create their own jobs and shape their future. Our mission is to equip young people with the skills, mindsets, and experiences they need to succeed in a rapidly changing world of work.

We believe learning is about more than classrooms and textbooks—it's a springboard for bold ideas and exciting ventures. We inspire young people to discover their passions, drive innovation, and seize the opportunities that come their way.

Future Minds Network equips young people with entrepreneurial skills and confidence for real-world impact.

Discussing problems. Designing solutions. Creating the future.

And most importantly - having fun!

What we do

Since 2018, we've empowered over 13,000 young people through entrepreneurship-based programs, where students create and run their own social enterprises. Our diverse programs allow young people to learn, collaborate, and turn their ideas into action:

1. Innovation summit: We bring together young people in a hackathon, where they collaborate, innovate, and compete to develop real-world solutions. Participants engage in masterclasses on core entrepreneurial skills, complemented by 1:1 mentoring, equipping them with the practical knowledge and confidence to succeed.

2. Young artists centre: We provide young artists and creators with the tools to turn their passion into their first real income. They gain the opportunity to showcase and sell their work in real marketplaces, including shopping centres, major festivals, and online platforms, giving them valuable experience and exposure

3. Digital academy: We're building a platform to democratise access to entrepreneurial education, ensuring all young people have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Through gamified challenges, bounties, and XP rewards, we make learning engaging and accessible to all.
