What we do
Elaine Hendrick Consulting empowers organisations to drive meaningful change through training and coaching in Results-Based Accountability (RBA) concepts; developing program logic statements (including Program Logic Models and Theories of Change), and creating tailored outcomes frameworks that span from project-level to sector-wide applications; specialising in the design and development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Elaine helps organisations measure, track, and showcase their success. Working collaborative with stakeholders she establishes robust outcomes and impact reports. With a focus on building capacity and fostering enduring solutions, Elaine supports organisations in achieving their goals and driving lasting, measurable impact across communities and sectors.
