Who we are
Australian Spatial Analytics (ASA) is a work-integrated, not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to creating meaningful careers in data services for neurodivergent young adults.
As one of Australia’s largest social enterprises, ASA is committed to reducing unemployment among neurodiverse individuals and addressing skills shortages in the data economy.
Founded by Geoffrey Smith, ASA aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to promote inclusive, sustainable employment.
What we do
ASA offers three core services to support neurodiverse talent and meet industry needs:
- Data Services: We provide professional, high-quality data services across sectors such as telecommunications, energy, and conservation. Our expertise includes Geographic Information Systems (GIS), CAD, BIM, and machine learning, delivering award-winning solutions for real-world projects.
- Talent Services: ASA nurtures neurodivergent talent by providing career development within ASA and with partner clients. We assist organisations in creating inclusive workplaces by supporting neurodiverse employees through transitions and upskilling.
- Neurodiversity Training: Our training programs equip organisations with the skills to build neuroinclusive environments. Drawing on our experience as a neurodiverse team, we help break down workplace barriers and empower organisations to fully embrace neurodivergent talent.
