Our purpose is to equip business to improve the world.
As a certified B Corporation and Social Enterprise, People With Purpose has been committed since 2014 to creating profit purposefully, helping organisations intentionally generate economic value that also benefits society and the environment. Our vision is for this mindset to become a global norm, making purpose-led strategies as essential to business as profit and loss statements.
We know that purpose only creates value when it's clearly defined and consistently lived. For some organisations, that starts with the foundational work of articulating a genuine purpose. For others, it's about closing the implementation gap, the space between a stated purpose and a purpose that's actually shaping strategy, decisions and culture. This is the work at the centre of everything we do, and it's the thinking behind our Purpose in Practice Framework, the methodology we've spent over a decade developing and refining with clients across sectors and geographies.
Our founder and CEO, Danielle Duell, is a thought leader in purpose-led strategy and leadership, bringing over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and trusted advisor. Her philosophy of "for profit and for the greater good" combines robust business expertise with a clear understanding of how organisations can address global challenges. It comes to life through our team of purposeful professionals who work alongside Danielle to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
