Who we are
Young Change Agents is a not-for-profit social enterprise equipping young people with the mindsets, skills, and tools to create change through entrepreneurial education. Our mission is to empower youth to identify problems and develop innovative solutions, building their agency and future-ready capabilities. We value innovation, inclusion, collaboration, and measurable impact.
Our work is driven by a passionate team led by Founder and Executive Director of Strategy & Innovation Margaret O'Brien, interim CEO Renae Jones, COO Cat Kitney, Educator-in Residence Mia Pinnington, and Head of Programs and First Nations Advisor Tiffani Seaton. Together, we support educators, communities, and partners to unlock young people's potential in Australia and across the world.
