Who we are
The Multicultural Professional Network (MPN) connects professionals globally, living in Australia, for role model visibility, career opportunities, personal development support, and ultimately to solve our own problems. We are a People and Planet First Verified Social Enterprise, proudly holding an ongoing status as a World Fair Trade Organisation Guaranteed Member. Our vision is to highlight the importance of hiring, retaining, nurturing, and upskilling talent from all backgrounds, with a particular focus on executive sponsorship. We are a women-led, intersectional organisation with a focus on empowering underrepresented talent across all races, ages, ethnicities, sexual orientations, abilities, veteran statuses, and gender identities.
What we do
The MPN offers a comprehensive range of services designed to support both professionals and organisations in creating inclusive and thriving workplaces. Our services are tailored to empower talent from diverse backgrounds, helping companies enhance their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. We provide talent acquisition and development support, including CV reviews, job search facilitation, interview coaching, and career action planning. Through our Talent Connect Program, we bridge the gap between professionals and companies that are committed to inclusive environments. We offer access to a job board featuring opportunities ranging from remote to in-person roles. Our commitment to social impact is at the heart of our work. Each year, The MPN selects a charity to support through our social impact initiatives, ensuring that our efforts align with our UN Sustainable Development Goals and drive meaningful societal change. We are more than a network; we are a driving force for change, dedicated to creating an inclusive and equitable workforce.
