Who we are

No Umbrellas, founded by Gen X and Gen Z team members, specialises in research-based, interactive workshops that bridge generational divides in the workplace.

Our mission is to create open, collaborative spaces where teams can explore new ideas and improve ways of managing, motivating, and supporting each other across generations. Inspired by the idea of "leaving your umbrella at the door," we encourage participants to be open and receptive to growth.

What we do

We facilitate workshops that bring teams together to rethink and improve intergenerational dynamics in the workplace. Our offerings include:

• Intergenerational Team Workshop: Shares research on generational differences and provides a space for team members to discuss challenges and explore ways to improve collaboration.
• Manager and Leader Workshop: Designed to help managers understand and engage Gen Z team members, using research and discussion to build strategies for effective management.
• Gen Z Team Member Workshop: Offers insights into how Gen Z is perceived in the workplace, encouraging open discussions on communication, expectations, and workplace dynamics.
• Engaging Gen Z Workshop Series: A double workshop series for leaders and Gen Z team members, ending with a collaborative presentation of findings and actionable strategies to enhance understanding and teamwork.

Each workshop is designed to foster understanding, open communication, and team-led change for a more inclusive workplace.
