Join Sustainable Value and friends for a conversation sharing insights from a learning community supporting social enterprises to measure and report on their social outcomes and impact.
About this webinar
In 2025, Sustainable Value convened a peer learning community of South Australian social enterprises to share experiences and challenges in measuring and communicating their social outcomes. Through regular monthly meetings, the group developed simple, user-friendly tools to start tracking and sharing social impact in ways that can be integrated into everyday operations.
Facilitated by Andrew Reilly, this session will share insights from the perspective of participants who contributed to this learning community.
Their conversation will explore:
- What are the motivations for your social enterprise to understand, measure and communicate your social impact?
- What are the challenges involved in preparing, implementing and continuing the work to regularly measure your social impact?
- What are the benefits inside your organisation and outside your organisation of having evidence of your social impact to share?

Eddie Blass
Founder and CEO
Inventorium
Eddie has a strong research and teaching profile as a Professor in both Education and Leadership Development. Eddie adopts an evidence based approach to problem identification and a highly creative approach to developing solutions that draws together specific and relevant teams to ensure all stakeholders are represented. The Inventorium was designed to meet the needs of the 21st century workforce, while addressing the causes of disengagement from education. The Inventorium has developed and delivered a truly student-centered approach to high school education with a 95% retention and completion rate. It is a platform, curriculum and pedagogical approach designed for students who fail to thrive in traditional, mainstream school offerings. School refusal no longer means school dropout - high school education can be anywhere, anytime; students set the pace, place and focus of learning to meet their needs, and teachers map this to assessment outcomes. This approach completely disrupts education by turning every assumption that underpins school design on its head. We teach students, not content, in this 21st century approach to learning.
