About this webinar
Over the past 12 months, Future Minds Network has led a Community of Practice, bringing together social enterprises working to meaningfully engage young people. Participants explored the full cycle of engaging a young person - from attraction through to long-term retention.
Moderated by Nathaniel Diong, this session will share insights from the perspective of practitioners who contributed to this learning community.
The conversation will explore:
- barriers and opportunities for meaningful youth engagement.
- the six stages of meaningful youth engagement.
- the key principles that keep young people connected.
- how to recruit, onboard, and retain young people.
- a practical toolkit from, and for, organisations like yours.
