In addition to technical expertise in data governance and data analytics, Tara has a background in teaching statistics, with strong skills in explaining complex data concepts in accessible and user-friendly terms.

Ruth has a background in evaluation, impact measurement and research communication. Through her experience supporting for-purpose organisations, she saw how often the practical challenges of managing and using data became barriers to understanding and improving outcomes.
