- Time:
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Location: online
Be part of a powerful conversation that’s reshaping how we share stories with purpose and trust. Join Our Race Community, in partnership with For Purpose Advisory and Tatak, for an interactive webinar that dives deep into the collective responsibility of ethical storytelling.
Hear from the co-creators of the Transformational Ethical Story Telling (T.E.S.T.) Framework, Dung Tran and Doug Cronin, alongside For Purpose Advisory Group Principal Jennifer Johannesen and Tatak founder Juju Ortiz. Through real-life experiences and thought-provoking insights, they’ll unpack what happens when storytelling is done ethically — and when it’s not.
Discover how embedding ethical storytelling principles into everyday policies, practices, and processes can build trust, break down silos, and drive meaningful change.
This session dives into the real-world challenges and opportunities of ethical storytelling in the social enterprise sector. Together, we’ll unpack:
- Why ethical storytelling is essential for building trust and integrity in our work.
- What relational consent truly looks and feels like in community partnerships.
- How to craft legal and governance policies that honour community rights and meet organisational obligations.
- How to balance time constraints while nurturing authentic, trust-based relationships.
- What ethical storytelling looks like in action - and how it can transform our sector.
Whether you're in communications, events, evaluation, or community engagement, this webinar is for anyone who believes in the power of stories to drive social change—when they’re told with care, consent, and integrity.
