About this webinar
With open hearts, Shifting Ground invites anyone involved or interested in the social enterprise space and First Nations business to join them in sharing experiences as a collective of First Nations’ social enterprises. Hear about the journey of the First Nations Social Enterprise Circle, how their collective values shape their work and how the Social Enterprise sector can learn from First Nations’ ways of being, doing, knowing.
Facilitated by Shifting Ground’s Genevieve Grieves (Worimi) and Amanda Sibosado (Bard/Wardandi), this online learning event will:
- Introduce the work from the First Nations Social Enterprise Circle held in Garramilla in April this year along with our broader work with Social Enterprise Australia as part of the Social Enterprise Development Initiative (SEDI)
- Explore key findings from the First Nations Social Enterprise Circle in Garamilla, highlighting ways in which social enterprises can learn from First Nations wisdom, knowledge and experience
- Encourage participants to shift their ways of thinking and doing, to cultivate collective care as a core capability in Australia’s social enterprise sector
