An area of increasing importance and relevance to social enterprises is psychological safety.
SafeWork Australia has developed a Model Code of Practice that deals with psychosocial workplace hazards. Black Dog Institute, a registered charity, also provides education and resources to support workplace mental health and wellbeing, including free training for businesses located in NSW.
The SafeWork body in each jurisdiction also has a range of information and resources, e.g. SafeWork NSW.
