Summary

This personal workbook, developed by Tammy Baart of Blak Ignited and Birdy Bird of The Land Back Foundation, guides social entrepreneurs through a self-directed learning journey to build cultural and emotional intelligence for doing business on Country.

The workbook moves through four stages: awareness, knowledge, challenge and connection, covering concepts like privilege, worldviews, decolonisation and sovereignty. Each stage includes reflection prompts, activities and self-assessment tools, such as a 30-day challenge and an allyship checklist, to help readers examine their own assumptions and build genuine, trust-based relationships with First Nations peoples and communities.
