Who we are
It is our mission to help young people realise they have the ability to tackle whatever life throws at them. To believe in their unique strengths, tenacity and self-determination, to identify and create the path they want for themselves.

Our team of 35 work in QLD, NSW, TAS and SA to employ around 250 young people per year.
What we do
We provide fee-for-service work in trades and business services for a range of leading contractors across Australia. Some of the services we offer include:
🌳 Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Horticulture, Council Park Clean-Up, and Residential Gardens.
🏗️ Construction, Fencing, Home Builds, and Modifications.
💻 Marketing Services, Website Building, Video Editing, Admin, and Event Management.
🧹 Commercial Cleaning in Western Sydney
Since 2000, we have provided paid employment and training for over 4,000 young people experiencing unemployment.
We help young people that are experiencing significant disadvantage and face barriers to engagement with the community, learning and work. This may include people that are:
- at risk or experiencing long-term unemployment
- people transitioning from out-of-home-care
- young social housing tenants
- young people living with a disability
- young Indigenous people
- early school leavers
- following release from youth detention
