Who we are

Untapped Customer helps businesses embed lived expertise in their business to inform decisions. Organisations get a direct connection to a verified, engaged community and the facilitation expertise to turn engagement into insights they can act on. People with lived expertise get paid, participation in engagements where their input reaches decision-makers

Our mission is to create opportunities where people with lived experience are recognised and paid for their expertise, while supporting organisations to find, engage and apply that expertise to make better business decisions.

Ann Drieberg is the founder and director of Untapped Customer. Ann’s personal journey with disability and mental health has shaped her interactions with the world, touching every aspect of her roles as mother, wife, consultant, trainer and now business owner. Known as the “quiet achiever”, Ann finds her stride away from the spotlight. However, that hasn’t stopped her channeling her passion to impact and influence change. At the heart of Ann’s passion is the belief that everyone has their own unique story to tell. She is driven by the conviction that people with disability should have the chance to share their unique stories and actively contribute to the communities they belong to.

What we do

Untapped Customer offers 4 product streams to support organisations find, engage and apply lived expertise to make more inclusive business decisions.

Panels: Organisations can tap into lived expertise through our community panel, a customised panel (matched to the organisations requirements) and time-bound project panels to support product development, advisory groups and user testing.
Inclusive Digital Experience Review: A practical pilot to help organisations identify digital barriers, improve accessibility and usability and build stronger digital experiences for everyone.
Collaborations: Combining Untapped Customers community and engagement expertise with a partner organisation's sector knowledge and expertise to produce a shared product or service.
Market research: Engaging the lived expertise market for business insights.
