Who we are
The Data Conversation supports not-for-profit organisations, social enterprises and other community organisations to collect, manage and use their data to support their missions. We are passionate about empowering organisations with the tools and insights they need to make informed, data-driven decisions.
In addition to our data services, we are committed to supporting the broader development of data maturity for the Australian community sector. This work includes sharing knowledge, advocating for the sector’s needs, and participating in communities of practice.
What we do
We provide a range of data services, including designing and building data collection systems, developing dashboards for program management and ongoing reporting, and providing advice on how to use your data better and more safely.
Services include:
- Data Systems - We can design and build a data collection and reporting system that supports your team and the programs you are running.
- Data Literacy - We can provide training to support your staff in using data with confidence and curiosity.
- Data Reporting & Visualisation - We can develop a reporting system with data visualisation dashboards for you and your team to use in an ongoing way. We can also provide one-off data visualisations for static reports.
- Impact Measurement Frameworks - We can help you clarify your goals and define the data that you will need to understand the impact of your organisation or program.
