Who we are

We’re an all-rounder creative services consultancy structured as a social enterprise.

We are a Naarm (Melbourne) based team specialising in branding, marketing and digital services.

All work is performed by migrant Women of Colour (including international students). From facing and overcoming extensive systemic barriers, migrants have uncompromising levels of resilience engineered into their DNA.

Paired with the right mentoring, training and paid opportunity  – we’re building the next generation of intersectional entrepreneurs, startup operators and founders that are going to power our future economy.

By creating new paid work opportunities for Women of Colour, we’ve been levelling the playing field with each of our projects.

What we do

The CCO works with diverse, values-aligned organisations to provide design, marketing and digital services as well as support services for small businesses and startups.

We cover:

• Strategy (brand, communication, digital and social media)
• Marketing and campaign services (brand development and management, direct/email marketing, experiential and digital marketing)
• Social media (community management and content creation)
• CALD communications and engagement (creative, research, strategy)
• Visual communications (branding and identity, concept development, graphic design, illustration)
• Web design services (web development, eCommerce websites and digital marketing)
• Production (animation, concept development, film editing, filmography, photo editing, photography, video editing, videography)
• Digital communications (content marketing, digital content development and management, search engine optimisation)
• Entrepreneurship / training (program design, delivery, operations and community building)
• Written communications (copywriting, content writing and editing and proofing)
• Education / training (We deliver workshops to help individuals upskill across every single of the functions listed above)
