Who we are
The Behaviour Change Collaborative is a social enterprise dedicated to addressing complex health, social, and environmental challenges through collaborative, evidence-based solutions. For over a decade, we have partnered with government agencies, non-profits, academia, and social businesses to design and implement effective behaviour change programs that improve lives and create lasting impact.
Our work spans critical global issues, from tackling childhood literacy in South Africa and Jordan to addressing high suicide rates in Western Australia's Goldfields. We’re currently working on projects to reduce teen vaping, improve maternal health, and enhance access to healthcare for disadvantaged communities. Our expertise also extends to reducing alcohol and drug-related harm, supporting service delivery for marginalised groups, and promoting better health outcomes for all.
As trusted advisors, we provide valuable insights to inform policy and strategy, tackling urgent social issues such as gender inequality, family violence, racism, and community cohesion. We are particularly skilled in engaging hard-to-reach and disadvantaged groups, ensuring that our campaigns are inclusive and impactful.
In addition, we are committed to creating a sustainable future by encouraging eco-friendly behaviours in Western Australia and implementing global initiatives like the Farmer Managed Natural Regeneration project in Zambia. We also support organisations such as Plastic Oceans Australasia and Perth NRM’s ReWild Perth in tackling environmental challenges. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to a healthier, fairer, and more sustainable world for all.
What we do
The Behaviour Change Collaborative adopts a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to addressing behavioural challenges. We help organisations define clear behavioural goals, generate actionable insight, design and test solutions, and build capacity. We partner with organisations throughout the entire process, but regularly provide support for specific aspects along their journey.

GuidesOver the past two years we’ve invested considerably into exploratory attitudinal and behavioural research on teen vaping. With the generous support of Healthway and more recently VicHealth, we have generated actionable reports, resources and insights that are being used by government, health agencies, schools, community organisations, sporting clubs and others to develop campaigns and programs to address teen vaping.
