Unfortunately, many training programs remain inaccessible, whether due to lack of inclusion, rigid formats or failure to engage marginalised communities.
Ta’leem Consulting is a Social Traders‑certified social enterprise that designs accessible, equitable, and high‑impact learning programs. We believe everyone, especially those whose voices are often unheard, deserves a chance to learn, lead and thrive.

What we do
Using a human centered approach we:
- Co‑design learning and leadership programs with underrepresented communities.
- Provide training for teams and leaders in inclusive design and facilitation.
- Deliver customised workshops and programs (in person and online) that break down learning barriers and build sustainable capacity.
Our approach: Grounded in human‑centred design, is trauma informed, equity‑first practice, and lived experience. We partner closely with organisations and communities to ensure their priorities shape the program.
