Who we are
Safe Living Australia Ltd is a Public Benevolent Institution dedicated to supporting people in need of shelter and care.
We provide short and long term housing solutions to people in need of a safe space. Our properties are dotted around the Perth metro area and we work alongside government departments, agencies, support coordinators, case managers and community programs to help provide homes for the clients in their care.
Our vision: To provide sanctuary to those in need.
Our mission: To provide essential support, transitional housing and comprehensive services that empower vulnerable people to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
Under the Charities Act, Safe Living Australia Ltd promotes social and public welfare by addressing these challenges through initiatives aimed at improving access to safety, housing and food.
What we do
While we primarily address the most pressing and urgent need of housing, we offer ancillary assistance where we can. This can include:
- Providing a safe place.
- Connecting service recipients to services in the community.
- Supporting service recipients to maintain housing, seek employment, build confidence in their abilities to participate in the community.
- Supporting individuals to unveil new talents and develop plans to start a business of their own or set goals for economic participation.
- Case Management of individuals to provide ongoing support and monitoring to achieve economic goals and social participation.
