Who we are
Revolve ReCYCLING aims to recycle and redeploy Australia’s bikes, e-bikes, scooters and other personal transport vehicles (PTVs). Founded in September 2021, we’re passionate supporters of a circular economy, giving life to old rides and supporting disadvantaged community members.
At Revolve ReCYCLING, we strive to be more than just another service provider. Our goal is to contribute to sustainable and environmentally conscious communities by diverting waste from landfills by fixing and redeploying old bikes and giving them a new life.
Starting in Sydney and expanding based on partnership opportunities, we offer a comprehensive range of solutions for riders, bike shop owners, bike and scooter fleet operators, and councils. These include recovering PTVs that have been improperly disposed of, damaged, or have reached end-of-life (EoL).
What we do
Revolve ReCYCLING specialises in recycling and redeploying bikes, e-bikes, scooters, and all other Personal Transport Vehicles (PTVs) across Australia. We collect PTVs from various sources and disassemble them and their components for recycling or redeployment.
Our lead mechanics bring extensive experience in recycling and separating metals, rubber, and plastics, as well as in repairing and redeploying PTVs for charitable purposes and the secondhand market.
We’re passionate supporters of a circular economy, giving life to old rides and supporting disadvantaged community members.
We do this by:
- Selling redeployed rides at affordable prices
- Giving people access to high-quality, safe and accessible rides
- Creating jobs for people with disadvantaged backgrounds
- Encouraging cycling and active transport
- Supporting “bike equity” by giving away kids’ bikes including in Indigenous communites and via the newly formed Revolve ReCYCLING Foundation.
Our services also extend to waste audits, fleet servicing, and keeping PTVs operational.

MediaSupporting a Circular Economy
PlatformsBikes and other personal transport vehicles (PTVs) are extraordinarily environmentally efficient machines. Every push of a pedal is pollution avoided. The fact that millions of Australians are increasingly choosing PTVs – such as bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, e-scooters and other things that don’t even have names yet (!) – is a great positive for the environment.
