What we do

Our services encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and vetting candidates to facilitating seamless onboarding processes. We employ a people-first approach, ensuring that we connect organisations with candidates who are not only qualified but also aligned with their mission and values. Our competitive fee structure ranges from 11% to 12.5% of the starting salary, depending on the sector and services selected, making quality recruitment accessible and affordable. A distinctive aspect of our model is the donation of 20% of our recruitment fees to a charity nominated by our clients, enabling businesses to contribute to causes they care about while fulfilling their staffing needs. This initiative has led to over $470,000 in donations, supporting 33 charities to date.
