Who we are

Percolab exists to grow conscious and collaborative ecosystems and organisations to embody the changes needed for a socio-ecological transformation.

We use the daily operation of our cooperative as a living lab to actively prototype new ways of working.

Our client work is brave and emergent. Our partnerships are creative playing fields. One step after another, we function as a do-think space getting sharper at working with complexity.

We are intentional about embodying our core values:

  • Equitable world. Percolab has shared ownership via a worker owned cooperative model. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise engaged in the international cooperative movement.
  • Inclusion. Percolab functions with a shared leadership model supporting full personal leadership and shared power.
  • Diversity. Percolab works with multiple worldviews and ways of knowing, both Western and non-Western.
  • Peace. Our shared culture is built on authentic relationships and circle practice to work with divergent perspectives.
  • Life and learning. Percolab experiments continuously, based on tensions, noticings and dreams.

Percolab began in Canada in 2007 and is growing across the world - with individually governed organisations in Australia, France and Vietnam. As Campfire Coop, we have been working with communities and organisations using co-creation processes and participatory leadership practices since 2017. In 2024 we became Percolab Coop in Australia.
