Pathfinders NT

Who we are

Pathfinders NT is the Northern Territory’s first certified social enterprise. We are dedicated to supporting young people to thrive. Our mission is to empower and uplift youth, particularly those from marginalised and disadvantaged backgrounds, by creating consistent, long-term opportunities for growth, wellbeing, and employment. We provide trauma-informed, strengths-based programs that recognise and celebrate the diversity of the Territory.

Our vision is a Northern Territory that recognises and celebrates the uniqueness, diversity and cultural resilience of its young people, amplifying their voices to lead and inspire change.

Our mission is to redefine the narrative surrounding young people across the Northern Territory by empowering and supporting them to unlock their full potential and achieve their dreams.

What we do

Our impact is delivered through therapeutic mentoring, school-based programs, and rites of passage initiatives that build resilience, identity, and leadership. Adventure therapy, outdoor activities, and cultural engagement are central to our work, helping young people connect with themselves, their community, and Country. We also support innovative youth-led initiatives that equip young people with job skills and pathways to employment.
