Who we are
At morgan&co, we bridge the gap between lived experience and systemic change. Founded by Morgan Cataldo, who brings over 15 years of experience in advocacy and systems thinking, we partner with organisations and communities to embed lived expertise into everyday practice approaches.
We believe in the power of lived experience to drive meaningful change and are committed to building the capacity of individuals, teams, and organisations to work inclusively and ethically. Our work centres on dignity, dialogue, and power literacy, with a focus on participation and engagement, facilitation, and ethical storytelling.

What we do
At morgan&co, we support organisations to ethically embed lived experience into their work. Our services build capacity and promote inclusive, community-led change through practical, strategic support.
- Advisory, strategic support and facilitation
We help teams grow both their competence and confidence by developing frameworks and practice approaches that authentically embed lived expertise and reflect community wisdom.
- Ethical storytelling and messaging
Reimagine how stories are told – centring dignity, inclusion, and realness. We support organisations to develop ethical communications that share stories with care, context, and a systems lens. Our messaging work promotes narratives that are shaped with the people they’re about, with justice at the heart. - Coaching and peer support
We create reflective spaces for individuals and teams with lived and living experience, as well as those who work alongside and support them – cultivating presence, mutual understanding, and the growth of mature and discerning practice.
- Workshops
Learn how to work and collaborate more effectively with lived and living experience. We offer clear, engaging, dynamic sessions on topics such as participatory practice, ethical storytelling, and power – designed to inspire reflection and action.
Whether working one-on-one or with entire teams, we partner with organisations and communities to drive meaningful, deep-rooted change, underpinned by lived experience, expertise, and community wisdom.
