MindMuse

Who we are

MindMuse’s mission is to protect people, workplaces and businesses by making workplace mental well-being accessible, evidence-based and ongoing. We do this by embedding psychosocial hazard management (managing the workplace factors which lead to poor mental health) into the everyday operations of small and medium enterprises that are otherwise excluded from costly consultant-led programs.

Our key activities include digitising the psychosocial hazard assessment process through: monthly AI-facilitated staff consultations, automated hazard identification, assessment and risk clustering, evidence-informed action plans and ongoing control monitoring. Beyond such we also support organisations with consultative support, forming psychosocial business plans through HR data analysis, and education.

The impact of this model is twofold. For employees, it ensures that concerns are heard and acted on quickly, fostering safer, more supportive work environments. For organisations, it reduces psychosocial risks, improves safety culture and helps meet legal obligations. Over time, these changes avert cases of workplace depression, save thousands of sick days and deliver significant productivity gains. Thus, in a world with ever changing disruption, uncertainty and change, we help organisations make the most of their increasingly most valuable resource, their people.
