Who we are
Linkwest is the peak body for Neighbourhood and Community Resource Centres across Western Australia. Our primary purpose is to assist Centres be the best that they can be, to ensure they develop empowered, resilient and thriving communities, and remain a part of the local landscape for generations to come.
Our mission is to support these Centres in building vibrant, inclusive, and connected communities. Each Centre is unique, reflecting the needs and aspirations of its local community, and we are here to ensure they thrive.

What we do
We provide a range of services to empower Neighbourhood and Community Resource Centres:
- Training: We offer workshops, forums, conferences, seminars, online learning, and presentations to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support: Our consultancy, one-on-one support, and peer support services are designed to assist Centres in their operations.
- Resources: We develop and promote resources suitable for the sector to aid in effective service delivery.
- Advocacy: We represent Centres by addressing issues and concerns to government departments and relevant community organisations.
- Projects: We engage in various projects aimed at supporting and improving services offered to the Western Australian community.
Through these initiatives, we strive to ensure that Neighbourhood and Community Resource Centres are well-equipped to serve their communities effectively.
