Who we are

Kinwork is Australia's first workplace health coaching organisation and is on a mission not only to empower individual workers, but to create the next generation of people and planet positive organisations. We believe good work not only enhances wellbeing, but strengthens communities and has the power to both regenerate and safeguard the environment.

Kinwork is led by founder Sam Hall, a health, safety and environment professional, HCANZA coach and climate adaptation researcher, with deep expertise in workplace wellbeing, climate change and social enterprise development. Sam is supported by a growing network of coaches, educators and collaborators who bring specialist knowledge in occupational health, leadership and regenerative business practices.

What we do

• Coaching: 1:1 and group programs that help leaders and teams prevent burnout, improve wellbeing and align business goals with social and environmental impact.
• Certification programs: Training for the next generation of workplace health coaches through internationally aligned, evidence-based education that integrates occupational health, leadership and planetary sustainability.
• Frameworks and tools: Practical resources for HR, People & Culture and business leaders to embed wellbeing and regenerative practices into everyday operations.
