Who we are

At Jigsaw, we are dedicated to reshaping the pathway to open employment for people with disability. Since 2014, our mission has been to empower individuals through skill-based training and real workplace experience, paving the way for meaningful, mainstream employment. Unlike traditional disability employment services, our approach combines work-readiness programs with hands-on training in a real business environment, preparing people for success in the workforce.

We offer comprehensive training in digital skills, administration, insurance claims, and more, while working with corporate and government clients to provide a supportive learning space. Jigsaw’s unique model helps individuals develop the soft skills essential for any workplace, while ensuring they gain award-wage experience, which builds confidence and enhances employability.

Our team is passionate about making a difference. With locations across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Canberra, we work with both participants and businesses to create inclusive, accessible workplaces. Over 1,200 people have benefited from our programs, and 91% of our graduates retain employment, far surpassing other employment support models. We believe that by working together, we can break down barriers and create a more inclusive workforce for all.

What we do

Jigsaw is revolutionising the way people with disability prepare for and transition into the workforce. We provide a clear, structured pathway from training to mainstream employment, offering a combination of work-readiness programs, on-the-job training, and transition support. Our approach ensures that participants are not only job-ready but equipped with the skills that make them valuable contributors in any workplace.

Through our tailored programs, individuals gain experience in key areas such as digitisation, administration, insurance claims, and information management. Our partnerships with corporate and government clients offer real-world training in a business environment, providing participants with the opportunity to build their skill set and gain practical experience while earning award wages. This hands-on training fosters independence and confidence, and prepares individuals for long-term, sustainable employment.

Jigsaw also plays a crucial role in supporting businesses. By working with us, employers gain access to a pool of talented, skilled individuals with a strong work ethic. We assist in creating inclusive workplaces by helping businesses understand how to best integrate people with disability into their teams. Additionally, Jigsaw offers ongoing support to both trainees and employers, ensuring that the transition into mainstream employment is smooth and successful.

Our commitment to inclusivity is reflected in our success, with over 1,500 trainees supported and 160+ individuals placed in mainstream employment, making a significant impact on the lives of those we serve.
