Healing Through Love

Who we are

At Healing Through Love, we believe that there is a way to help survivors of domestic and family violence grow and thrive.

We were founded by four Adelaide-based businesswomen who wanted to create a change within their community and support those affected by domestic and family violence. In South Australia, we hold an annual Pamper Day event each May. It is the goal of this group to provide free services for local women so that they may enjoy themselves. The list includes everything from massages, facials & makeup tutorials to personal styling sessions with professionals who best suit your needs! This isn't about beauty either-we also invite diverse organizations providing legal or financial advice whose members would like help enrolling new clients, so everyone has a chance at success.

We're all too aware that domestic and family violence can happen in any relationship, including the one with your flesh and blood. That's why our Pamper Day Event aims at helping as many survivors out there find relief from their pain by providing them advice on services available for themselves or loved ones when they need it most!

What we do

At Healing Through Love, our mission is to raise awareness about domestic and family violence, providing support and resources to those affected. We are dedicated to fostering a compassionate, informed, and empowered community.

Our social goals focus on:

Empowering Survivors: Offering counselling, education, and support services to help individuals rebuild their lives.

Community Engagement: Creating programs and events to educate and mobilise communities against domestic violence.Offering counselling, education, and support services to help individuals rebuild their lives.

Collaboration: Partnering with organisations and stakeholders to amplify our impact and reach.

We hold annual pamper days for survivors in South Australia & Tasmania where local businesses pay it forward to give our survivors a much deserved day of joy. Local business owners came together to ‘pay it forward’ and offer their time and resources, giving women the opportunity to enjoy many free services such as massages, facials, makeup, hair styling, and personal styling. We also invite various services that provided advice on legal and financial matters to participate.

The goal of holding the Pamper Day event is to help as many survivors of domestic and family violence in our community as possible by increasing awareness to the wider community and offering advice on services available to survivors and their family members.
