Who we are

DotJess is a creative and educational digital studio grounded in accessibility, clarity, and care. Our mission is to help people thrive online: through inclusive design, tech mentoring, and practical systems that support confidence, creativity, and connection.

We are powered by a close-knit team who combine digital skill, lived experience, and a strong foundation in education:

  • Jess Jones (she/they), Founder and Creative Director: Jess leads design, mentoring, and digital strategy. With a background in education and facilitation, including work with the Department of Education, she brings deep insight into accessible learning and inclusive digital tools. Jess supports individuals, small businesses, and professionals to build confidence and clarity in their digital spaces.
  • Hannah Howells (she/her), Design Lead and 2IC: Hannah is a talented graphic designer, illustrator, and former teacher’s aide. She supports clients with project maintenance, communication design, and executive functioning systems. Her care-centred approach is shaped by years of working closely with diverse learners.
  • Bethany Peschar (she/her), Creative Lead: Bethany is an ex-teacher and experienced designer with a sharp eye for detail. She brings strength in curriculum thinking, content structure, and visual storytelling. Her work blends creative design with meaningful strategy.

At DotJess, we work from two core pillars: create and educate. We design websites, brands, and content that are clear, engaging, and usable. We also mentor people to build digital skills, improve systems, and feel confident navigating technology on their own terms.

We believe in practical, values-driven work that makes digital spaces more inclusive and empowering for everyone.
