Who we are
Curiously West Film Club is a free fortnightly film making club based in Western Sydney which meets on Thursday nights at PYT Fairfield. Supported by PYT Fairfield and CuriousWorks the sessions help encourage creativity, community, and skill building for participants interested in filmmaking regardless of socioeconomic status and background.
What we do
The sessions range from hands-on skill-building workshops, to Popcorns and Pencils sessions where filmmakers can watch and review films, to networking sessions, to collaborative film-making sessions. It’s a space where folks of different ages, cultural backgrounds, and levels of experience can come together out of a love for film-making.
