Who we are

CreativePivot is a specialist consultancy focused on helping organisations navigate complexity and unlock sustainable impact through strategy and stakeholder collaboration. Founded by Gabrielle Martinovich and supported by expert affiliates Linda Kurti and Mirella di Genua, our work is grounded in service excellence, integrity, and generosity.

We bring together decades of experience in advisory, engagement, and facilitation across diverse sectors and communities, including First Nations, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) groups, and social purpose organisations. Our work extends to global initiatives—most recently leading the development of an ISO International Workshop Agreement on ESG principles for SMEs, launched at COP29.

At CreativePivot, we work with purpose-driven leaders to build capability, deepen conversations, and shape strategies that are inclusive, practical, and future-focused.

What we do

CreativePivot provides tailored services in strategy, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, advisory, and training. We help organisations design and deliver collaborative processes that align internal goals with external stakeholder needs.
