I’m Nicole Beatty, CEO & Chief Community Builder at Capacity for Community. My passion and expertise is to help you make good things happen for your good cause.
Capacity for Community is a venture I founded in 2014 to assist social entrepreneurs, non-profit practitioners and community leaders in thinking big, funding their ideas and investing in their organisations and themselves. I am passionate about working with creative change-makers – people like you – who need support to achieve your goals. My role is to help you build capacity, design innovative solutions, tell your story, engage your community, raise funds, launch programs and level-up your skills and resources so that you can advance your mission and do good things for the people, places and things you care about.

In working together, I strengthen your nonprofit, charity, social enterprise, or purpose-drive business’ program and services, revenue, systems, performance, and resources to help you effectively fulfil its mission and impact on the world.
I also work directly with you—the dynamic change maker—to develop your skills, ability, confidence and knowledge as a leader and practitioner.
My approach is rooted in capacity building, which involves various strategies to boost your organization’s overall capability in delivering programs and services. For my clients, capacity building encompasses enhancing leadership and management skills, refining fundraising efforts and resource utilisation, diversifying revenue, scaling impact, strengthening program design and implementation, fostering better organisational culture and communication, and investing in improved technology and infrastructure. In essence, capacity building empowers you to help your organization achieve its goals more efficiently and sustainably.
