Who we are

BlueRock is a multidisciplinary entrepreneurial advisory firm that supports business owners to grow successful businesses, and individuals and families to grow their wealth to forge a strong financial future.

BlueRock is a tech-led, impact-focused company that always strives to do better, placing great importance on innovation and creating strong communities through the Be BlueRock Foundation and certification as a B Corporation. BlueRock's experienced people are the trusted partner for over 7,000 clients Australia-wide, providing them with all the tools they need as they embark on the adventure of business and life. BlueRock was founded in 2008 in Melbourne Victoria and has grown from a small accounting firm to a mid-sized multidisciplinary professional services firm.

Our fundamental belief at BlueRock is that when you "do things you love with people you care about, good things happen".

Whilst we place a strong commercial lens on everything we do, at our heart we are a Certified B Corporation that defines our success through the positive impact we have across our team, clients, partners, community and the environment.

We live our values and use business as a force for good as a certified B Corp business. BlueRock certified as a B Corp in 2017 and founded the Be BlueRock Foundation in 2020 to give back to our community but also to inspire our clients to do the same, by making philanthropy more accessible.

What we do

BlueRock is for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs. We're a one-stop-shop for business owners and investors with adventurous goals. Our team of business and wealth experts all work together to get the best outcomes for clients. We know that business can be tough and that life gets busy, which is why we act as advisors, not just accountants, and bring together lawyers, finance brokers, digital specialists, insurance brokers, financial planners, philanthropy advisers and grant consultants. Everyone you need on your team to make your life easier. 

BlueRock has a number of employees passionate about the for-purpose sector, volunteering on boards themselves or serving Not-for-profits/ Charities/ Social Enterprises as clients or serving the Be BlueRock Foundation and its charity partners. A working group was formed at the start of 2024 called the ‘For-Purpose Industry Group’ made up of passionate employees looking to share BlueRock’s talent, skills and services with the for-purpose sector.
