All Things Equal exists to demonstrate that people with disability are energised, ready and absolutely capable of working in thrilling and dynamic environments - not to mention on an international stage!
What we do
We run a flagship Melbourne-style cafe in Balaclava, have a catering offering, a cooking school and run a footy club canteen during the footy season. Each element includes our trainees with disability supported by a hospitality trainer, developing their key skills for work.
