Ability Works Australia is based in Kew, Victoria, and operates three business units:
- Customised Employment - including NDIS funded services and Inclusive Employment Australia program
- Inclusive Design, Consulting and Training
- Supported Employment through Enterprise Solutions - specialising in wood, wire and metal fabrication, mailroom and digital services, and packing and 3PL
We have a strong track record delivering contracts valued up to $1 million per annum.

What we do
Ability Works produces goods and services for government, business and nonprofits. Our operations are accredited to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, and we are Social Traders certified. We are also a registered NDIS provider, an Australian Disability Enterprise, and People and Planet First verified.
Our business partnering and engineering capabilities, combined with smart use of technology, help us design practical, customised solutions to complex customer problems. We manufacture in Melbourne, creating local jobs, and distribute nationally.
