Creative Common Licence Terms
We endeavour to ensure we own or we secure the required intellectual property rights so the Australian social enterprise sector can benefit fully from all content on Understorey. To support this approach, we permit the use, adaption and modification of content, subject to the Terms of Use and these Creative Common Licence Terms.
What content can be reproduced?
Photographs, audio and video cannot be reproduced without our written permission. This is to support the integrity of this content, noting it may contain personal information and stories and third party consent may be required for your proposed use.
Other content on Understorey:
- in which we own the copyright (i.e. where no third party has been identified as the source of the material), and
- excluding the Understorey and Social Enterprise Australia logos and content marked otherwise,
can be reproduced under a Creative Commons Attribution - Non Commercial Share Alike (CC BY-NC-SA) licence without asking for further permission from us.
